Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant Program, the only federal program dedicated to afterschool programs. Afterschool Programs of Lancaster has been fortunate to receive these grants and continues to grow with annual enrollment of more than 350 children within the five locations we serve. Afterschool Programs of Lancaster Sites are licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
